The benefits of self-care are far too many to list individually, just as the different types of self-care routines. But they all hold the same effect of being amazing with self-preservation and are rejuvenation essentials that keep our light shining. 

One of my favorite ways to care for my sacral chakra and spark creativity  is to relax with a glass of wine, a good coloring book, and aromatherapy. I turn off any harsh lights, and use the salt lamps to emit soft light along with the glow of natural aromatherapy candles. To set a clean, clear, peaceful space, the room is smudged and positive intentions are said for the space and my being. With the space calm and the vibe very positive, it’s easy to chill out, color and allow creativity to flow. 

It’s ok to give oneself the attention is needs to rejuvenate and thrive. Whatever the self-care routines even if it seems weird to others, remember its not for them, its for you. Normalizing your own self-care practices can help you maintain your overall wellness.
